Our Medics are qualified and maintain exemplary standards of proficiency and ethics. They conduct themselves as Health Care Professionals subject to established clinical protocols with particular reference to patient confidentiality, child protection issues, and cultural sensitivities. They are obliged to maintain a supervised program of re-certification and continuous skill development.
Medics arrive on time, every time; always fully equipped and in uniform. All have Police Checks and Working With Children approval. Medics maintain a record of all patients and, for complex patient presentations, a detailed report which is available to our client, the patient, their medical practitioners, and their health funds or insurers. All bookings are confirmed, in writing, within 24 hours. A detailed Operational Confirmation is then issued prior to each event. Once your booking is confirmed it will not be cancelled by us. Accounts are issued within 24 hours of the completion of each event and submitted by email. Our Operations Room is staffed 24/7 so there is always someone to answer your enquiry.
